Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

You can cancel your free trial or paid subscription at any time. When you cancel depends on whether you are on a free trial or an active paid subscription, and affects whether any charge is refundable.

2. How to Cancel

• Cancellations are currently handled by our support team. Email contact@airankmeter.com or use our Contact Us page with your account email and a cancellation request.
• Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your subscription quickly.
• We aim to confirm cancellations within 1–2 business days.

3. Cancelling During Your Free Trial

• Free trials last 14 days from the day you sign up, as shown on our Pricing page.
• To avoid being charged, submit your cancellation request before your 14-day trial period ends (i.e. before day 15).
• If your cancellation request is received before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

4. If You Do Not Cancel During the Trial

If you do not cancel before your 14-day trial ends, your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged on day 15. This trial-conversion charge is non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy. You can still cancel after this point to stop future renewal charges.

5. Cancelling a Paid Subscription

When you cancel a paid subscription, you will not be charged again at the next renewal date. Depending on how close your request is to your next billing date, you may retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current or a past billing period; refunds follow the timelines in our Refund Policy.

6. Effect of Cancellation

• Access to paid features ends at the end of your current billing period (or immediately, for a trial cancelled before conversion).
• Your account and report history are retained in line with our Privacy Policy; you may separately request account deletion.
• You can resubscribe at any time from our Pricing page.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of AIRankMeter after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
