Billing Terms

1. Subscription Plans

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose at checkout.
• Plan features and limits are described on our Pricing page and may change as we update our plans.
• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details.

2. Free Trial Terms

• New accounts may be eligible for a 14-day free trial, as shown on our Pricing page.
• A valid payment method is required to start a free trial.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is automatically charged and your account converts to a paid subscription on day 15.
• Trial eligibility and length may change over time; the terms shown on the Pricing page at signup apply to your trial.

3. Automatic Renewal

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled beforehand.
• You will be charged the then-current price for your plan at each renewal, using the payment method on file.
• To stop future renewal charges, cancel before your next billing date. See our Subscription Cancellation Policy.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payment methods supported by our payment processor at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current and valid so your subscription can renew without interruption.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If a renewal payment fails or is declined, we may retry the charge and/or temporarily suspend access to paid features until payment is successfully completed. Please update your payment method promptly to avoid interruption to your service.

6. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Where required, we will provide advance notice before a price change applies to your next renewal. Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

7. Taxes

Listed prices may not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or other government-imposed charges, which may be added at checkout depending on your billing location and local law.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility and the cancellation process are described in full in our Refund Policy and Subscription Cancellation Policy. Please review both before purchasing a subscription.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Billing Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of AIRankMeter after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
